Provider Registration
Holisticonline.com strives to provide the most accurate information about the availability of resources. The entries in the directory are carefully screened before inclusion. Because this is done manually, please allow us about 2 months for your entry to appear in the catalog.
Basic listing in any directory is FREE. If you need additional services, they are available at a very nominal cost (pennies a day.) (For details, please see our frequently asked questions.) Please click on the directory you want to be included and answer all the questions. In order to simplify the procedure, we have broken down the process into a number of small steps. Please complete all the steps. The information is not send for processing until you complete the entire registration process and click on the Submit Button at the end. If you quit in the middle, you will have to start all over again. We have made the form quite interactive; so, you will be given a chance to correct your mistakes as you move along.
The database reflects selected entries submitted as of 5/10/2004 (May 10, 2004). The entries submitted after this date will be added in 90-120 days.
