1. How do my organization get listed in your directory?

We have provided a convenient form for you to register your business online. After receiving your application, we will evaluate it and determine whether you are eligible to be listed in our directory. This determination will be done by humans and not by robots.

Our objective is to screen the applicants so that visitors to holistic-online.com will be referred to world class providers. We believe that this will benefit both our customers as well as the professionals who will be listed here as a recognition of their eligibility. We reserve the right to reject any lisitng without giving any reason.

2. What is the cost for getting listed?

The basic listing in our directory is FREE. You will have a listing under one category. There are a number of enhancements you can order at nominal cost:

50 words or less - $5/month
51 - 100 words - $7.50./month
101-200 words - $10/month

ICBS, Inc., the developers of holistic-online.com, had been in the business of developing websites for a number of years. We can develop a prefessional website for your organization for as little as $25/month with a link to your listings in our directory. Since the cost of developing the website depends on what you want to be included in it, if you select this option, we will contact you to determine your needs and to provide a quote.

Please note that your decision to order or not to order the options (enhancements) have nothing to do with our determining your eligibility to be listed in our directory.

3. If I order options (enhancements) and pay for it and later you do not list me in the organization, what will happen to the payment I made?

If your application is rejected, we will return the payment to you. We will not cash the check unless you are accepted for listing.

4. What if I want to change the options (enhancements) later?

This can be done any time. However, there will be a set up charge of $ and it may take as much as days to implement the changes because of our security provisions.

5. What are my obligations?

In return for free listing in our directory, we expect that you will provide information about our website to your friends and clients. We will provide all the brochures etc. on request. You will want to do this, in any case, as the website provides objective information for your clients and your listing in the website will be viewed as positive for you.

6. I sell products related to my practice. How do I get listed in the shops/suppliers directory?

There is a separate registration for this service. It will be available in our registrations services area soon.

7. What are the categories for listing?

8. Why are you asking for information that will not appear in the directory?

We use this information to rate you and your organization on a quality/service/delivery excellence. We get many requests for referrals to qualified professionals and we want to make sure that we have all the information before we refer potential clients to them.

9. Do you sell this information to others?

NO. The information you provide to us will not be sold to others. We will use that information to contact you about the listings and to keep you informed about the website.

10. Are there other methods available to promote my practice?

YES. You can advertise in page of your choice in holistic-online.com. This is an excellent opportunity to have your name in front of targeted potential clients. You can also become a sponsor for a part of the website. Sponsorship offers co-op advertising opportunities, where we will work together in promoting health. Please contact us if you are serious.

11. How much payment I have to make now?

You need to pay $50 or one years' dues, whichever is lower now.
